Research:
Professor and doctoral supervisor of Peking University, executive deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Integrated Microsystem Science Engineering and Application, director of Shenzhen Earthquake Monitoring and Prediction Technology Research Center. He has long been engaged in the research of microprocessor architecture, integrated circuit and system design, as well as research on natural and life processes. He has carried out the research of multi-core/many-core/array processors and the research of SoC architecture and design methodology, completed the design of WLAN baseband processing chip, DSP chip, media processing chip and other SoC designs, proposed operator design methods and reconfigurable operator FPGA architecture, developed a multi-component seismic monitoring and prediction system AETA, and deployed in Sichuan, Yunnan, Tibet, Capital Circle and other provinces and cities for practical observation; and carried out research on large-health anti-aging technology based on traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture.
As of June 2019, he has published more than 250 papers and applied for more than 200 patents, including 15 international PCT patent applications, 60 Chinese patent authorizations, and 3 compilations. He has presided over and undertaken 1 major national science and technology special project, 3 national 863 programs, 1 electronic information industry development fund of the Ministry of Information Industry and 28 other provincial and municipal government industry research projects, and more than 40 industrial engineering application projects. It has trained more than 310 graduate students, including 23 doctoral students
