My main research field is semiconductor thin film photovoltaic materials and devices, involving material growth process, device preparation and characterization test. Current research topics include P-type metal oxide conductive thin films, flexible organic solar photovoltaic devices, perovskite solar cells and photodetectors, etc. Recently, we have carried out X-ray medical imaging and developed a new generation of portable image sensors. It has presided over one national project and four municipal projects.
